ReceiptsWe commonly receive requests from our customers on how to get a copy of a journey receipt. This is how to do it:
AccountSimply log in using your account details and you can check all your past and pending journeys. You will be able to either print receipts for an individual job or you can print whole statements. You can also email or call .
Credit/Debit CardRegistered users will be able to access our online account management facilities where you can review all your journeys and print out receipts.
If you are not registered yet, you can email us for receipts.
We highly recommend you register online to make your booking process easier and to gain easy access to statements.
Please be aware when you make credit card bookings we take the payment based on the journey price quoted at the time. If for any reason there were any amendments to the original journey, such as waiting time or an extra drop off, these are charged separately and therefore will come up as a separate payment on your card statement.
You must ask the driver directly if you would like a receipt for a cash job. The cash receipt between yourself and the driver is not a VAT receipt.
